1 cup wholegrain oats
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup Alison’s Pantry Natural Almonds
½ cup Alison’s Pantry Natural Cashews
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
1 ½ tablespoon coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt

Place the dry ingredients in a food processor and process until a powder is formed

Add all other ingredients and process until a dough is formed
Add a tablespoon of water if the mix is too dry

Roll into balls and chill
Will keep in a fridge for up to 2 weeks
