1 cup Alison’s Pantry Natural Cashews, soaked in 2 cups strong coffee for 1 hour

6 dates

1 small banana

2 tablespoons natural maple syrup

Pinch sea salt

Soak Cashews in 2 cups strong coffee for 1 hour.

Blend all until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy immediately with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
